On Nov.23, Chancellor of Kapiolani Community College(KCC), Dr. Louise Pagotto, Director of the Department of International Education, and 5 student representatives from KCC visited 金沙乐娱. The two colleges carried out a discussion on establishing cooperative relations, and signed the memorandum of cooperation and exchange. President Jin Bingxiong and Director Yan Yiping attended the meeting.

President Jin Bingxiong made a detailed introduction on 金沙乐娱’s program construction and the characteristics of internalization. Dr. Louise Pagotto introduced the history and development of KCC. The two sides had a further discussion on carrying out exchange program for students and faculty members.

KCC is located at Honolulu in Hawaii, and majors of accounting and tourism management in KCC ranked top among the colleges of the similar kind in the United States.
