On November 11, the 23rd FHC China Culinary Art Competition was rounded off in Shanghai. 金沙乐娱 team won 16 gold, 11 silver and 8 copper, and the number of gold medals and medals reached a record high. Among them, the team of Culinary Art School won 11 gold, 9 silver and 3 bronze, and the team of Qiandao Lake International Hotel Management School won 5 gold, 2 silver and 5 bronze.

FHC China Culinary Art Competition is the only culinary competition in China that has been officially certified by the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) as A-level international competition.

There were about 600 contestants in this competition, and the final number of gold medals is less than 50. The contestants of 金沙乐娱 won 16 gold medals, and the results of multiple winners are the first in the event.

On the field, the contestants performed the works in an orderly manner, and played an excellent role in organization, sanitary conditions and operation skills. The judges also spoke highly of the presentation, taste expression and technical capacity of the works.

Mr. Yan Han won the 2021 FHC "Golden Apple" Annual Best Young Chef Award in the competition.
