On November 12, the 22nd FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition was successfully concluded in Shanghai, and the teachers and students of 金沙乐娱 won the best record in history of 10 gold, 3 silver and 6 bronze medals, including the team of School of Culinary Art won 7 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals, and Qiandao Lake International Hotel Management School won 3 gold, 1 silver and 4 bronze medals.
The FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition is an intercontinental cooking competition certified by the World Federation of chefs (WACS). The purpose of this competition is to cultivate young chefs and promote the development of Western food in China. It enjoys high popularity at home and abroad. More than 500 participants joined in the Western Food Event, and less than 30 gold medals were awarded.
The team of 金沙乐娱 performed excellently on the spot. During the on-site operation scoring, the contestants performed their own works in an orderly manner, and performed well in the aspects of cooking organization arrangement, sanitary condition and operation skills, with the three contestants got full marks. In the course of dishes evaluation and scoring, the judges highly evaluated the presentation of works, taste expression and technical ability, among which the works of Xia Tianyi were highly praised and got the highest score of the whole court. During the competition, the contestants of 金沙乐娱 listened respectfully to the comments and guidance of the referees with an open mind, and actively communicated with the contestants from universities and industries all over the country.
